Maybe Breaking Dawn will be 3 movies?!

There are definite rumors about it being broken into 2 movies, but now there is thought about 3 movies! Hmph, says I. That is not a complaint.

My only desire with 3 movies is that if this happens I would assume it would broken into the three “books” of Breaking Dawn. If this is true, please please please for the love that is all things Twilight, let the first “book” and movie be from Edward’s point of view. I feel like we got cheated out of his point of view in Breaking Dawn when Ms. Meyer decided to write Jacob’s point of view along with Bella’s.

Summit Entertainment has acquired the rights from Stephenie Meyer to film and distribute Breaking Dawn, the fourth novel in her series. Breaking Dawn is in the early pre-production stages. There will likely be quite a bit of tweaking to the novel due to the explicit sex and birth scenes to avoid an R rating.

Sources say that Breaking Dawn will be filmed and released in a new trilogy – “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part I”, “Part II” and “Part III”. This has not been confirmed officially by Summit, however author Stephenie Meyer has stated “it would have to be made into multiple movies because it’s hard to imagine it fitting into ninety minutes”.

David Slade is directing Eclipse, but it is unknown if he will also direct any of the Breaking Dawn films. “Breaking Dawn: Part I” should start shooting in early 2010, with a release scheduled for 2011.

Pictures of the Birthday Party outfits from filming in Vancouver dismiss rumors that Rob was in CA last night

Rumors that Robert Pattinson was seen at the Coachelle Festival in CA last night have been laid to rest due to new pics of him and the rest of the Cullens being seen filming the Birthday party scene.

Blogger Vancity Allie and a few others camped outside the set of the Cullen’s house in Vancouver while the filming of the Birthday party scene was happening.  After their long night of waiting around, they were rewarded when some of the cast came out to greet them and thank them for being such great fans.  Check out all the pics and her full story at her blog.
